Thank you, you may well have saved my life back in the late 90s and all of the first decade of the 21st century, you did let me know I'm not alone, and save what remains of my sanity.

Long past time I said Thank you for it.
Far too damn many are gone from this Earth, and not just from ashm.

That reminds me on Karen's website, You Are Not Alone. I wonder what
happened to it.

This group saved my butt too. I still grind my teeth but I don't get any
migraines as I wear an NTI.

This was a lifesaver for me over the years and truly the only place I found
people around the world who knew what I was going through...and my heart
ached for everyone on here who suffered (still suffers).

There are many ways to think of support groups, but for me, this was the
best I could have ever hoped for...and the educational experiences were
beyond measure when I think of how the internet has evolved and the good as
well as bad info out there. I appreciate people being there to give me so
much great advice.

This group was pretty much a lifesaver for me too! When there was no one to listen, I came here and found friends. Haven't been here in years, sad to see that so many people seem to have gone away.

I haven't been here in years! I still have headaches, now due to menopause and am on a hormonal regimin, plus I have hypothyroid now. I tried to go off of it for the least few weeks and BAM, the headaches came back. So, I am at the group again. Thanks to all that will be reading this. ;)

Hi Susan,

Sounds dreadful. I'm trying to ignore the menopause and migraine link
that might be happening to me.

I want to say welcome back but not for those reasons.

Good to see so many friends. Sorry so many are still dealing with this. My migraines disappeared during cancer treatments. Odour triggers greatly reduced but barometric and odour triggers have resumed. Not as severe although this past winter and spring have been nasty.

Hi Kadee!

Glad to see they went for a while, that's always good news but I suspect
getting cancer is a little over the top.

I do hope you're ok.

Bear!

And everyone else. Haven't been here in years either. The digests stopped coming and life was/is insane.

I just got a message from the one other group that I had subscribed to back in the day (which has degenerated to madness) and went to unsubscribe to it and came to see if there was anything left here.

This group saved my sanity if not my life. It was so good to know that I was not alone and so often got reassurance here that the strange things that came with my migraines were connected and "normal". The aphasia in particular really freaked me out. I didn't post a whole lot but you all made me feel safe in this craziness. Thank you for that. Thank you also for helping me figure it all out because now I get to help my youngest daughter with her migraines and I can pass along to her all that I learned here so that she never has to feel like she is alone or going crazy. The good you've given me is passed on.

Thank you. Thank you. I hope everyone is doing as well as possible.

Been many years since I have posted. Looks like the forum has been taken over by spammers. SAD. Hope everyone is doing as well as can be.
