Migraine cure is Lycopene + Aspirin.

Use 2-3 PROCESSED tomatoes. Cooked tomatoes like fried tomato, tomato soup, tomato sauce has more lycopene than in fresh tomatoes. Take one aspirin after eating processed tomatoes in dinner. Either you won't get migraine attack or you will get mild attack. If you get mild attack, increase tomato intake little bit. I think only one dose during day should be enough for 24 hrs.

This is to prevent migraine attack.

Thanks!

It's nice that you found tomatoes worked for you. I love tomatoes -
cooked and raw. However, it's never changed my migraine frequency or
intensity.

(who was her mother's "weird child", I'd stop in the garden on a fall
morning to grab some tomatoes to add to my lunch for school. I still
will eat a fair number of the love apples.)

Cindy-

I was eating pav bhaji almost daily in 2007 (and until 2011). Pav bhaji is mix of potato+tomato. Still I was getting migraine attacks in March 2007. But when I started taking B-complex and Aspirin, my attacks had stopped. At that time I thought only B-complex and Aspirin stopped it. I didn't think about my almost daily food i.e pav bhaji.

In Aug 2012, I left that town. Since May 2013 my migraine attacks started and B-complex, Aspirin were ineffective. I thought sooner or later it will work but it was not working. I was confused why well-tested combination is not working. Then slowly it struck to me that in this village, in my home, I am not eating what I was eating almost daily in that town.

My 'google research' showed that Tomato is miracle 'vegetable'. ONLY Tomato has lycopene, no other vegetable contains lycopene. Waterlemon, Gauva, Papaya has lycopene but we don't eat them in daily meal. 85% of lycopene production in the world comes from only tomato.

It is ridiculous but I could find only green, unripe, small tomatoes in this village. In the night of 23rd and 24th November, I ate 3 COOKED tomatoes WITH ASPIRIN. I got only mild migraine attacks during these 2 nights. I brought it under control using Ergotamine and Ibuprofen. I hope that I get red, riped tomatoes tomorrow. So my 6 and half year old remedy is working in new Avatar. I hope that it works also for you.

DON'T FORGET TO TAKE ASPIRIN AFTER EATING COOKED TOMATOER AND REMEMBER COOKED TOMATO HAS FAR MORE LYCOPENE THAN FRESH TOMATO.

Wish you best of luck !

3 cooked small green tomatoes, sips of aspirin dissolved water (to avoid stomach upset) in the night of 25th Nov. Woke up with very mild, just ghost sensation of migraine. After 1 combiflam (ibuprofen+paracetamol), it was gone in 15 minutes.

I don't have any tomato now. Going to find red fresh tomatoes in weekly bazaar.

Try Lycopene + Aspirin to cure Migraine !

So my mother has brought these 8 tomatoes yesterday from weekly bazaar. Red, fresh but looks small, may be 60-70% of size of average tomato. I live alone in new house outside village, 1 km away from home in village, surrounded by farms. I used 2 tomatoes, red chilli, salt and made soup (Migraine is trying to make me a cook). Sips of aspirin (Disprin 350mg) dissolved in half litre water. No migraine attack during sleep. But extremely mild attack one hour after waking up. Just took combiflam and it is gone in minutes. I was used to wake up in midnight with severe migraine and shout in this farmhouse with pains. Nobody lives around, so no one heard it.

Hopefully, as lycopene increase in my blood over next few days or weeks, migraine will go away as it did for 6 years.

I don't know science behind lycopene + aspirin. It is working, that's all.

Fantastic! No migraine at all. But I am confused whether extra tomato or 2 becosules (B-complex) did the trick. During last 6 and half years, I was taking b-complex + aspirin. But with my new 'discovery' of lycopene, I thought b-complex got nothing to do with this remedy.

Tonight I will take same quantity of 3 tomatoes and aspirin, but no b-complex. If I don't get mild migraine attack then it will prove that b-complex got nothing to do with this. Otherwise I will have to include b-complex i.e Lycopene+Aspirin+B-complex.

And I don't think migraines are unique like DNA. This remedy will work with other migraine patients also, at least with some of them. Migraine and migraine treatment is not unique like DNA or fingerprints. Try it out.

Tomatoes are not only costly like gold, it is not available in market at all. Yesterday night I at only one uncooked tomato, one gauva, 2 becosules (b-complex) and sips of aspirin (disprin 350 mg) dissolved water. No migraine attack at all, not even mildest.

So B-complex got something to do with migraine. And I think lycopene+aspirin+b-complex is perfect prophylaxis for migraine.

Only 2 tomatoes left. I wonder what will happen if I don't find tomatoes.

Woke up with migraine. It was pretty big migraine attack. Yesterday night I ate only one tomato, that too raw. No gauva. One raw tomato+2 B-complex+aspirin doesn't work.

Ridiculous that tomatoes are not available in market and eating raw tomato was mistake. Will try to find Gauva.

And what the hell, my joblessness, pennyless situation has created additional troubles.

Yesterday night, boiled pieces of one tomato for 15-20 minutes and ate with 2 becosules(b-complex) and one disprin (aspirin 350mg). No migraine attack at all ! So one tomato is minimum but it MUST be cooked.

Today, went to nearest town and bought 1 kg tomato(13 pieces), Rs.30 per kg. Comparatively cheap. Sigh!

Heated Tomatoes+Vitamin B capsule+Aspirin prophylaxis is working perfectly. Biggest problem is that if I don't take it, migraine hits me. They were used to last 1-3 weeks. But now since April end, migraine is attacking me daily. Glad that I found prophylaxis, bad that migraine has become daily problem.
