Has anyone used Stadol Nasal Spray -- looking for good and bad input

Stadol Nasal Spray is like a miracle med for me. It works better than any pain med I have ever taken. The only draw back is the more you use it, you become tolerant to it and need more and more to be effective.

I think becoming tolerant may be true of many medications. I have that struggle with my current rescue med & sometimes wait too long before taking it, while trying not to reach for it too soon. I used to take Stadol years ago & found it generally fairly effective - until I became chronic. Since it works best when taken very early into an "episode", it was no longer a good fit for me. I have pain every single second of every single day, which makes it nearly impossible for me to know whether or not I'm early into a full blown migraine.
